About Gateway

Gateway: the City’s Reason is a poli-sci-fi television drama set in an American heartland city 50 years from now. It originated as an “Indie TV” project – with a goal of being produced locally and distributed via the web. At first glance, Gateway: the City’s Reason can be described as a TV series produced in, and about, St. Louis. And it is. However, it is much more than that. It will be the launching pad (a story-content-platform) for content verticals that will deliver unique and pertinent content to the audiences who plug into the Gateway-TCR franchise. What does that mean in English? There will be video episodes, serial stories, flash fiction pieces, linked fiction pieces, poetry and graphic novel chapters, just to name a few. There will also be a worldbuilding and un-building component that will soon be a wiki open to any contributor. Advertisers interested in communicating with our audiences will be invited to purchase valuable “content adjacency” on the platform and within our vertical communications. In addition, Gateway creative teams – the same groups that produce the series – are available to create content and native advertising for our clients.
